A gorgeous evening with an awesome couple! These guys allowed me the opportunity to shoot two of my favorite things, spring blossoms and sunsets on the beach *heart*. Thanks guys for such a fun session, I am so excited for your wedding!! Sorry about the eye candy overload I had tooooo many favorites :)

I'm still here!!!

Yes, it's true I have abandoned the blog for a while, but it's because I've had some great things going on in my personal life. I've began teaching photography at Cornerstone University and my husband and I are working on buying our first house together. Although there's been a lot of excitement on the personal side I certainly haven't abandoned my work here. There's been so many exciting things going on with my photography as well, a new blog is one of them...soon I promise. Associate Katie--DaVaughn and Stephanie are engaged!

One of the few weekends with snow this winter (we were super lucky!), Stephanie and DaVaughn and I met up for a gorgeous, sunny engagement session in downtown Holland.

DaVaughn and Stephanie are adorable, funny, and just wonderful to hang out with. Thanks for being troopers when I made you take your coats off in the freezing cold weather! Can't wait for your (warm) wedding in July!
